Have the above reference chart with you when shopping, to check the vitamin formulas and make certain you are not fooled. If the vitamin label says the vitamin C is in the form of ascorbic acid, instead of ascerola cherry, or rose hips and if the B vitamins are from cobalamin, instead of a natural source, such as brewers yeast, then you know it is a synthetic formula and definitely not from a whole food source.
